Sauna
Our high-temperature dry sauna boosts circulation, detoxification, and nervous system recovery. Regular sessions enhance hormonal balance, improve blood flow, and aid muscle repair, helping your body recharge and perform at its best.
Cold Plunge
The contrast between heat and cold exposure rapidly accelerates recovery and reduces inflammation. Our chilled plunge tub (maintained between 7–10°C) helps regulate the nervous system and improve both physical and mental resilience.
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists use manual therapy, mobility work, and corrective exercise to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and enhance movement. Every recovery plan aligns with Continuum assessment data and each client’s personalized training program.
