Our 12-Week Assessment Protocol
The 12-week assessment cycle is not just about testing. It is about understanding your body at every level. By measuring performance across seven key domains, we create a complete profile of your current ability, strengths and areas for growth.
Each test is scored through a system built on international performance standards and refined to align with Continuum’s philosophy. It brings together athletic science, physiotherapy precision and a luxury coaching experience.
