Our programs are more than gym training
Unlike commercial gyms, Continuum follows a sports team model. You don’t train under one coach you train under an entire performance and physio team. This ensures continuity, eliminates dependence on a single trainer, and makes the brand and system the true driver of your results.
Meet the Founder
After more than a decade coaching athletes at Crystal Palace FC, ICC Academy Dubai, Pakistan Cricket Board, Karachi Kings, and Multan Sultans, I founded Continuum to bring professional systems to anyone serious about training with purpose. Every client begins with a complete assessment and enters a structured 12-week cycle designed to build measurable progress. Continuum is more than a gym. It is a system built for evolution, resilience, and lifelong performance.
Our Coaching Model
At Continuum, you do not train under a single coach. You train within a system.
Unlike commercial gyms where members are assigned to personal trainers, we operate on a team-based model. Every client is supported by our entire coaching and physiotherapy staff, similar to athletes in a professional organisation.
This approach creates continuity, consistency and collective expertise. You are never limited by one trainer’s schedule or style. The entire Continuum team works together to guide your progress.
Here, the system is the hero. Every stage of your journey is structured, seamless and always moving forward.
Trainer Philosophy
At Continuum, there are no star trainers or levels of coaches. Every member of our coaching and physiotherapy team works together, united under one system and one philosophy.
This ensures that every client benefits from the collective expertise of the team, rather than being limited by the style or approach of a single coach.
The focus is always on your progress within the Continuum system, not on individual recognition. Here, structure, consistency and results are what define performance.
Continuum Culture
Continuum is not a commercial gym. It is a culture built around science, structure and recovery. Every detail, from our assessment protocols to our recovery systems, is designed to create an environment where performance and lifestyle merge seamlessly.
Here, progress is shared, values are aligned and excellence is the standard. Clients do not just join a programme. They become part of a community that lives the pursuit of better.
Popular Questions
We’ve answered some of the most common ones to help you understand how Continuum works and what makes it different.
What makes Continuum different from a regular gym or personal trainer?
Continuum uses a science-based, tiered system that mirrors how professional athletes train. Your program is designed around your current ability, measured with our assessment, and updated every 12 weeks. Instead of random workouts, you follow a structured path, with recovery built into the process.
How does the tier system work?
On your first day, we measure strength, power, mobility, stamina, and body composition. Your results determine your starting tier so your training matches your ability. Every 12 weeks, you’re retested — if you’ve improved, you move up a tier and your program progresses.
Is this personal training?
No — it’s better. Our expert coaches work with multiple clients in a small-group format, but your program is still individualized. This gives you the structure and accountability of a professional team, not just a one-on-one trainer.
How many days a week should I train?
It depends on your recovery ability and goals. Most members train 4–6 days per week, but your coach will adjust this based on how your body responds and progresses.
What’s included in the membership?
All memberships include:
• Tier-based training program tailored to your assessment
• Coaching and progress tracking
• Sauna & ice plunge access
• 12-week assessments and program updates
• TeamBuildr app access for your calendar and tracking
Perform adds physiotherapy sessions weekly, Recover includes unlimited recovery sessions, and Youth is a separate athletic development program.
How do I book physiotherapy or recovery sessions?
Perform and Recover members get priority access. You can book through reception or directly with the physio team.
What happens if I miss a payment?
There’s a 10-day grace period after your due date. After Day 11, your membership is suspended (no training/recovery access). After Day 21, it is canceled and you must pay the joining fee to re-enroll.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — you get one free freeze per year (up to 1 month). Additional freezes cost PKR 25,000/month and can be taken for a maximum of 3 months per year.
Are memberships transferable?
No, memberships are not transferable. They are personalized to your assessment and program.
How many members are allowed at one time?
Continuum is intentionally capped at around 70 members to maintain an exclusive, high coach-attention environment.
Do you offer day passes or trials?
No — membership is by invitation only. Our focus is on long-term commitment, structured progress, and a curated community.
